Real Estate Negotiator work as the middle man for both the vendor and the purchaser.
To the Vendor
- Help to check out the market value of the property subjected;
- Go & visit the property subjected to take photo & know more about the property subjected;
- Advice & set the best selling price of the property subjected;
- Try to propose the property subjected to the existing potential purchaser;
- Advertise the property subjected through media like newspaper, magazine, internet, signboard or leaflet to attract attention of the purchaser;
- Arrange the viewing appointments of the property subjected;
- To negotiate the offer price from the keen purchaser;
- If deal, let the vendor sign the company offer letter to confirm the booking of the property subjected & the negotiator’s commission as well;
- Introduce lawyers to the vendor or advice the vendor to share the lawyer which appointed by the purchaser to save time of process & lawyer fees;
- Follow up the process for the rest.
To the Purchaser
- Propose the property subjected to the keen interest purchasers;
- Arrange viewing appointment of the property subjected;
- To negotiate the best offer price from the vendor;
- If deal, ask the purchaser to pay the earnest deposit & sign up the company offer letter to confirm the booking of the property subjected;
- Introduce bank mortgage sales executives to help the purchaser to apply loan if needed;
- Introduce some trusted lawyers to the purchaser to process both the Sales&Purchase Agreement & the Loan Agreement;
- Follow up the process for the rest.
Real Estate Negotiator Personality
- Try to gain more & more experiences or knowledge about the real estate from sources like newspaper, magazine, reference books, internet or senior negotiators.
- Must be well communicated, understanding, passion, well organized, responsible & of course always in well manners.
- Must be wiling to work during the weekends, public holidays or even after working hours since most of the vendors & purchasers only free on that time.

- Above 18 years of age.
- Possesses initiative to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and other dialects.
- Sales experience preferable.
